Transfer Voucher

  • Account search results display the branch name before the account code.
  • Transfer Credit is enabled only when another Transfer Debit row exists.
  • The last Transfer Debit row cannot be removed while Transfer Credit rows exist.
  • Once transfer totals tally, additional Transfer Debit/Credit entries are blocked while cash entries remain allowed.
  • New rows default to Transfer Debit initially, Transfer Credit after a Debit exists, and Cash Receipt after tallying.
  • Voucher rows can be reordered using Up and Down controls.
  • All Transfer Debit rows must precede Transfer Credit rows before saving.
  • Transfer Debit and Transfer Credit totals must match before saving.
  • Loan rows use a read-only main narration with editable component-wise narrations.
  • Default editable narrations are generated for Principal, Interest, Penalty Interest, and Other Charges.
  • Loan Details display component-wise pending balances before calculated amounts.
  • Loan component amounts are read-only and calculated from the editable main-row amount.
  • Loan repayment amounts equal to or exceeding the pending balance are adjusted to ₹1 less with a Loan Closure warning.
  • The server rejects loan repayments that would fully close the account and directs users to Loan Closure.
  • Dividend rows display selectable unpaid dividend entries with date, amount, and payment details.
  • Dividend voucher amounts are automatically calculated from selected dividend entries.
  • Duplicate or invalid dividend selections are rejected before saving.
  • Saved dividend entries are marked as paid with their voucher and set numbers.
  • The interface uses a clean, modern, eye-friendly color palette with improved focus and hover states.
  • Voucher headers, totals, and save controls remain visible while only voucher rows scroll.
